HOW DO I CHANGE MY SPEAKER TO A DIFFERENT FRONTIER NUVOLA ACCOUNT?

  1. Disassociate your speaker from your current Frontier Nuvola account
    1. From UNDOK Settings menu > Frontier Novola Account > My Devices. Fine your speaker that you want to disassociate.
    2. Press the delete icon on the speaker
    3. Confirm that you wish to remove the device from your account
  2. Change the Frontier Nuvola account in UNDOK
    1. From the settings menu > Frontier Novola Account in the UNDOK app, logout of your existing Frontier Nuvola account
    2. Sign back in using your new account.
  3. Change the Frontier Nuvola account associated with your Alexa account:
    1. On your Alexa app or Alexa skills store in the Amazon website, disable the skill and then re-enable (You will be presented with a Nuvola log in screen.)
    2. Sign in with your new Frontier Nuvola login details
  4. Say "Alexa, discover my devices".
