When you lose connectivity between the phone and radio, we suggest changing the mode from the radio to see if that reconnects the app. For example, you could change from DAB radio to FM and then back again. We also suggest checking your Wi-Fi connection where your radio is and where you are using your app to ensure that the connection is reliable.
Your phone and radio communicate on your home network using multicast data packets over Wi-Fi. Some routers prevent multicast packets being sent over Wi-Fi. We suggest having a look at your Internet Service Provider's help page to see if they have any solutions that they offer for products that work with multicast over Wi-Fi.
